The City of North Bay, Parks, Recreation and Leisure Services Department is booking outdoor rink ice time at Caldwell- Ellam (Laurentian) Playground located on Montrose Avenue and Kerr Park located on Riverbend Road (weather permitting). The ice time will be rented to users at a rate of $27.71/ hour + HST.
Wednesday to Sunday:
5:00pm - 6:00pm
Wednesday to Friday:
8:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday and Sunday:
1:30pm - 3:30pm
To book an outdoor rink, please complete a Facility Permit Request form and submit it along with an initialed copy of the Terms and Conditions to fieldsandparks@northbay.ca .
All facility rental requests are subject to availability and will require a $5 million liability insurance policy naming "The Corporation of the City of North Bay" as an additional insured. Insurance can be purchased or quoted by visiting the link below.
