The City of North Bay has issued an Addendum to the completed MCEA (see attached notice) due to the period
of start of the project construction being longer than ten years from the time the original MCEA was finalized.
The anticipated start for construction is this Spring 2025 with completion scheduled for December 2026. During
this period one lane of traffic in both directions will be provided for access to local businesses and to provide safe
travel through the construction zone. Additionally, a Contractor Liaison will be provided to assist with property
owner concerns and requirements for access through the construction zone (more information will be provided
prior to construction)
To ensure all property owners receive information in a timely manner and directly from the City and Contractor
(once construction contract awarded through the tendering process) the City is requesting an email contact be
provided to the address below for mass emailing out information. All emails will remain private and confidential
and will only be used during this construction project.
