NOTICE OF THE PASSING OF A DEVELOPMENT CHARGE BY-LAW
BY THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF NORTH BAY
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the City of North Bay passed By-Law No. 2024-69, being a By-law to Amend to the Development Charges By-Law No. 2019-72, on the 1st day of October, 2024 under the Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, c. 27, as amended.
The schedule of development charges imposed by By-Law 2019-72 are as set out in section 11 of the Development Charges By-Law. Amending By-Law No. 2024-69 amends the period in which charges are in force in Schedule “B1” and “B2” to The Corporation of the City of North Bay’s Development Charges By-Law No. 2019-72, as amended.
The lands to which the amending by-law applies are as described in Section 3(1) and in Schedules C, D and E, subject to the exemptions as set out in Sections 3(2) and 5, of the Development Charges By-Law 2019-72, as amended.
A copy of the complete by-law is available for examination in the Clerk's Office, Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
