North Bay, ON – Jan. 16, 2025 – The City of North Bay officially launched its Centennial Year today with a special flag-raising ceremony, marking 2025 as the 100th anniversary of its incorporation.
North Bay maintained a strong pace of construction activity in 2024, with residential developments leading the way. Total construction values for the year reached $81,661,282, with the residential sector accounting for $40,434,703, nearly half of the annual total.
