For the 2027 intake (Year 3), $2.6 million is available across three funding streams:
Applications will be accepted from Jan. 4 to Jan. 31, 2027.
Residential units that meet the general program requirements and received a building permit after June 11, 2026 are eligible to apply for the Year 3 allocation of funds.
Applications received during this intake will be evaluated based on the criteria for each stream. If funding remains after all eligible applications have been reviewed, additional applications may be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF) Top-Up Funding Program provides financial incentives through the Growth Community Improvement Plan (Growth CIP) to encourage the development of new housing in North Bay.
