Starting January 2026, the City of North Bay is offering three funding streams under Year 2 of the Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF). Applicants must choose one stream to apply for. Submissions will be evaluated based on eligibility criteria and available funding for each stream.
There are a number of incentive programs available through the Growth Community Improvement Plan. Get familiar with these incentives and determine whether any match your project by reading our Housing Target Area Guidelines.
