Consolidated Linear Infrastructure Environmental Compliance Approval (CLI ECA)

The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation, and Parks (MECP) recently introduced a streamlined process for Environmental Compliance Approvals that transfers approval authority from the MECP to the City for sewage collection and stormwater management system components, such as pipes, stormwater management ponds, and pumping stations. This replaces the previous Transfer of Review process.
