Being a by-law to ratify, approve and confirm the sale by the Corporation of the City of North Bay to her majesty the queen in right of the province of Ontario as represented by the minister of public works for the province of Ontario, of the lands described in the offer of sale and purchase dated the 18th day of July, 1967, upon and subject to the terms and conditions therein set forth, and being a by-law authorizing the mayor and clerk of the Corporation of the City of North Bay to execute all necessary documents for the purpose of completing the said transaction.
